Holiday Shipping Delays

It typically goes without saying, that the Christmas holiday is the busiest season for retail all over the world. This year is no exception; however, the shift to more online shopping (due to COVID) has had a significant impact on the 2020 holiday shopping season.

Fortunately, fulfilment of boutique inventory orders have been unaffected and are still being filled within 1-2 business days. However, orders containing items from one of our distributors have the potential to be impacted, as COVID distancing requirements limits how many people can be in the fulfillment centers at one time.

Delivery delays are still possible even if there are no fulfillment delays. The shipping companies have all reported that they are over capacity for the peak season and are all requesting our patience during this unprecedented time.

  • Beginning 12:01 am CST, December 14th and ending 11:59 pm CST December 20th, a reduced expediated shipping fee (when expediated shipping is an option) will be made available. Please keep in mind that expediated shipping does not provide a guaranteed delivery date nor does it provide for expediated order fulfillment.
