Returns/Exchanges:

Our policy lasts 30 days for most items (see below for exceptions). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase (or receipt of your order), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 

  • Electronics are subject to a 10% restocking fee
  • Seasonal items (includes costumes) are subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Perishable goods such as food and flowers
  • Personalized or custom products (includes engraved jewelry, custom print t-shirts, etc)
  • Wigs
  • Intimate or sanitary goods 
  • Special Orders/Bulk Orders
  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Clearance/Closeout items
  • Final Sales/Open Box/Returns for Sale 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (i.e. order number).

Eligible returns should be sent to Only Inspired Gifts LLC, Attn: Returns, 11946 Brown Rd, Denham Springs, LA 70726, United States. A trackable and insured delivery method is recommended, as we are not liable for missing or damaged packages. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or distributor. 

Cancellations:

To cancel your order, you should email your request to sales@onlyinspiredgifts.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled and are subject to the return policy. Personalized/custom items cannot be cancelled once they have gone into production.

    Damaged/Defective Items:

    Receipt of damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt (7 days for electronic items). Please email sales@onlyinspiredgifts.com to report the damaged/defective item. Include pictures and/or video as applicable.

    Electronic items can only replaced by our distributor if malfunction occurs (and is reported) within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, please reach out to the manufacturer listed on the warranty details that came with the product.  

    Refunds (if applicable):
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within an average of 3-7 business days. Note: Shipping is non-refundable.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

    If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days of your refund notification, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Exchanges (if applicable):

    We only process exchanges for the exact same item. You will be responsible for applicable shipping costs and any increase in product costs at time of exchange. 

    Damaged or defective items can only be exchanged within 3 days (7 days for electronics). Apparel can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days.

    Please email your exchange request to sales@onlyinspiredgifts.com within the required timeframe. 

    Gifts:

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.  

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified of the return

    Shipping:

    To return/exchange your product, you should mail your product to: Only Inspired Gifts LLC, Attn: Returns, 11946 Brown Rd Denham Springs, LA 70726, United States. 

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. A trackable and insured delivery method is recommended, as we are not liable for missing or damaged packages. 

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
