Order Fulfillment & Shipping Times: 

In order to provide a large selection of gifts, many items are sent directly from the distributor. As the origination of our gifts vary, so do the shipping time lines.

We do our best to select distributors with efficient fulfillment times and reasonable shipping time lines; however, issues can arise that are out of our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a delivery date, and the below time lines are based on current averages and estimates only.  

  • Boutique Inventory: We do our best to fulfill orders within 1-3 days, and shipping times are determined by the carrier/shipping method selected during checkout. Current delivery estimates can obtained from the carrier's website (UPS, USPS, etc.) using our ship from zip code of 70726.
  • Direct from Distributor (Drop Ship): Order fulfillment ranges from 1-7 business days on average (5-10 business days for personalized/custom items), and the estimated days in transit are reflected in the shipping description at checkout. Note: Items containing liquid or batteries are not eligible for expedited shipping methods, and items containing liquid may incur additional time in transit. 

Seasonal & Weather Delays:

Although we try to maintain the average fulfillment times, delays are to be expected during peak holiday seasons (i.e. Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.). Therefore, we recommend allowing for an additional 3-5 business days for orders fulfilled by the distributor and an additional 1-2 business days for orders from our boutique inventory. 

Weather delays are unavoidable, so we recommend allowing for an additional 1-2 business days for shipping during times of severe weather (i.e. winter snow storms, hurricane season, etc.). 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are set by the shipping carrier and are non-refundable. We are not affiliated with any shipping carrier, and we do not participate in any part of the delivery process. Therefore, we do not make any guarantees as it relates to delivery times. 

Free economy shipping is offered on US orders of $50 or more. Orders with free economy shipping will be sent using the lowest cost delivery options available for the order, which could result in a slower transit time. 

Shipping Addresses:

Orders are shipped to the address exactly as entered on your order. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or return to sender due to an address error. 

If your tracking information indicates a delivery issue, please immediately contact the shipping carrier (DHL, USPS or UPS) to intercept and pick up or redeliver your package.

Packages that are refused or returned to a drop ship distributor are destroyed and cannot be resent or refunded.
